By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

We provide travel planning, booking, and coordination services for trips to Morocco, including but not limited to:

• Travel itinerary planning
• Accommodation booking
• Transportation arrangements
• Tour guide services
• Activity and excursion bookings

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability
• A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment is required 30 days before departure
• Prices are subject to change until full payment is received

3.2 Payment Methods

• We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal
• All prices are quoted in USD
• Additional bank fees or transaction costs are the responsibility of the client

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Client

• Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit
• 30-59 days: 50% refund
• 15-29 days: 25% refund
• 0-14 days: No refund
• Special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

4.2 Cancellation by Agency

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:

• Insufficient participants
• Force majeure events
• Safety concerns
• Government travel advisories

In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

Clients are responsible for:

• Valid passports (minimum 6 months validity)
• Necessary visas
• Travel insurance
• Vaccinations and health requirements
• Compliance with local laws and customs
